On behalf of Make-A-Wish New Zealand I want to thank you for your generous support of Lahtel’s wish by providing a discount on his swing and slide set…having his best friends from his school and neighbourhood there to share in his wish being granted also helped make Lahtel’s wish day special, and since having his wish granted Lahtel has spent many happy hours with his friends playing with his wish goodies…
Thanks again for your support of our organization and in this instance helping us grant Lahtel’s wish.

On behalf of Make-A-Wish New Zealand I want to thank you for the generous discount which you recently provided on the playground equipment for our wish boy Flynn. We are very grateful for your generosity and support.
Flynn is absolutely thrilled to have his very own playground which is situated where his mum can keep an eye on him and Flynn can also keep an eye on his dad as he is working out in the paddocks. Flynn has a brother and sister who I have no doubt they will all have lots of fun playing together…

Dear Playzone
On behalf of Make-A-Wish NZ I would like to thank you sincerely for your assistance in helping to Trinity’s wish come true…after six months away from home receiving treatment Trinity didn’t expect to come home to her own backyard playground! Trinity absolutely loves playing on swings and slides but often too shy to play on public playgrounds with other children so to have her own is a dream come true. Since receiving her playground she and her sister have hardly left it alone. Trinitys’s mum said ‘They love it and are always dragging me outside so they can play. Trinity especially loves the swing and the slide’.
The playground will also help with Trinity’s balance problems which she has had since surgery, so this really has been a perfect and priceless wish.
Thank you so much for your advise etc…we could not grant so many wishes without the generosity and kindness of people like you!

Dear Sarah and the team at Playzone
On behalf of Make-A-Wish NZ I would like to thank you sincerely for your assistance with making Ngatokorua’s wish come true.
Ngatokorua loves using the playgrounds at preschool and McDonalds more than anything and it was her wish to have her own playground in her back garden that she can use when she’s at home.
So, while Ngatokorua was at preschool last Thursday, we arranged for the installation of her very own backyard playground! The fabulous playground was completed with some wonderful safety matting and decorated beautifully ready for Ngatokorua’s return.
When Ngatokorua arrived home, her mum carried her and covered her eyes until she got to the back garden. When she saw the playground, Ngatokorua was very surprised and at first quite shy but soon turned into giggles and smiles as she tried out the slide and then the swings, which she did not want to leave alone! Mum was finally able to persuade Ngatokorua to come inside after it turned dark and cold.
Thank you so much for the discount you offered for Ngatokorua’s playground and your cooperation during the planning and delivering stages of this special wish. With thanks to you, Ngatokorua has lots of hours of fun and smiles ahead and some very happy memories to treasure.
We hope you enjoyed being a part of Ngatokorua’s wish.
