    Yes we can work with you to arrange the 'add-ons and accessories' in the best 'playable' position on the Tower.

    What comes with each Tower?

    The ladder, slide and safety handles and the Tower are included in the Tower price. Ad-ons and accessories are separate.

    Combination prices include ad-ons and accessories.

    What kind of wood is used?

    The best quality machine gauge treated timber is used, the wood is splinter free and sanded smooth with rounded edges for safety.

    What is the difference between the 1200 and 1500 raised tower?

    The 1200 and 1500 is the platform area. The difference between the raised and basic Tower is the height to the platform, usually to fit a sand pit, picnic table or playhouse underneath.

    Basic Tower height to platform 1.1m. total height 3.1m.
    Raised Tower 1.6m to platform, 3.8m total height.

    How difficult is it to put together?

    All Prebuilt combos come in a flat pack form with all hardware and pre-made panels for easy assembly. Allow up to 8 hours with 2 adults to build.

    Do you install?

    Yes we install in the Auckland area for $350.00 including freight.

    We also cover outside the Auckland area, from Warkworth to Tauranga for $450.00, including freight. We have a recommended installer in Christchurch, installation is $350.00 plus freight.

    How do I pay?

    For backyard structures, we require a 30% deposit and the balance is due the day before despatch or install.
    You can pay directly into our bank account or by cheque or by major credit cards.

    Or use our Xmas lay-by option (30% deposit, regular payments, balance paid in full prior to despatch or install).

    For Educational play systems 40% deposit and the balance is due on project completion or delivery.
